The Texa IDC5 Sofware Operating System
IDC5 is the latest generation of TEXA’s renewed operating system and another step forward to assist technicians. Thanks to major improvements in code the new system is faster than ever and guarantees virtually instant communication with the vehicle’s control units.
The graphic interface of IDC5 is designed to resemble the latest consumer applications, simplifying and making the various steps in maintenance and repair procedures more intuitive. On top of this, all diagnostic pages have been redesigned to give a fuller view of the most relevant information. Another new function allows you to view and manage vehicle parameters. These can be displayed in graphic form and can be filtered using text searches or by selecting those specifically required. Even the downloading of updates is faster in the new software. IDC5 is constantly evolving and is open to new technologies that appear in the near future.
Subscription renewal costs required for multiple HD OEM applications can be eliminated by using the TEXA scan tool with its low-cost annual subscription fee.
Some Trucks don’t provide power from the OBD socket (The system will tell you and instruct you how to connect it to the vehicle e.g. Volvo T11B OBD socket)

All Texa software includes technical data (wiring diagrams, component locations etc)
To activate the other software packages there will be a once-off integration fee (this will include 1 year of updates) and then standard optional update fees thereafter.
Additional plugs/cables/adapters may be required to fully utilize the additional software.
